Artfully Unemployed - On Purpose!!
Well, holy cow but my job is done. I said my last goodbye's to co-workers today and they graced me with loads of gifts (wow, totally unexpected) of things to enjoy my new life with: slippers, wine, coffee mug, chocolate, pie (yummo strawberry rhubarb!), bubblebath, and a book! I really will miss these people. I have only worked them for two years but a really nice bunch. What I won't miss is the 6am alarm (although I am sure I will still wake up sort of early) or the job itself - very stressful.

Congrats! I am retired and it's been pretty wonderful in many ways. I have also been able to help my Mom and that has been a true blessing.
